The site must have a prepared foundation or floor capable of supporting the skid load, utility connection points within reach of the skid tie-ins, and crane or forklift access for placement. No welding or pipe fabrication is required on site.
Skids are designed with integrated lifting lugs and forklift pockets. Transport is by flatbed or container depending on dimensions. Lifting plans and weight distribution data are provided with the shipping documentation.
Yes. The skid is designed for disconnection at defined utility tie-in points and relocation as a single unit. This supports seasonal deployment, facility moves, or capacity rebalancing between sites.
FAT covers functional testing of pumps, valves, instrumentation, and control sequences, plus pressure and leak testing of all piping. Results are documented and provided before shipment.
All utility connections terminate at defined tie-in points on the skid edge. Site piping and cabling connect to these points using standard fittings. Connection schedules and termination diagrams are provided in advance.
